For appointment to this grade, an Officer must have:
Cumulative service period of (7) years’ relevant work experience, three (3) of which should have been at the grade of Senior Artisan II or in a comparable position;
Trade Test Grade I Certificate from an accredited examining body; and
Demonstrated merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
