The Sales Manager;
will supervise and coordinate all aspects of a Unit sales workstream in a Jubilee Life Branch. The role involves developing strategies and leading initiatives to grow sales productivity, headcount, training, recruitment, and team culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve the Unit’s new business sales budget in terms of number of policies and annualized premium.
- Meet Unit’s business retention and persistency ratios.
- Source, recruit, and train a team of Financial Advisors to meet resource complement requirements.
- Ensure Financial Advisors meet set targets in new business production and persistency ratios.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to access markets and deliver sales presentations in corporate entities, check‑off institutions, or field campaigns.
- Supervise, motivate, and assist Financial Advisors to achieve KPIs by setting targets and evaluating performance regularly.
- Promote Jubilee Life Insurance products and services to new and existing clients, positioning the brand in the region.
- Minimum
Requirements
- Minimum age of 25 years.
- Degree or Diploma with at least Grade C‑ (Minus) in KCSE.
- Professional qualification – Diploma or Certificate in Insurance Certification (COP).
- Current registration with IRA.
- Minimum one (1) year
Experience
in Sales Management or two (2) years as a successful Sales Agent.
Certification in Sales Management and IT skills will be an added advantage.
