Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide first-line technical support, maintain computer systems
and networks, assist in system administration, and ensure reliable ICT services that support
efficient business operations across offices, farms, processing plants, and distribution
centers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line ICT support to users.
- Install and configure computer hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support network administration and internet connectivity.
- Install system updates and security patches.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Perform routine data backup and recovery procedures.
