- Job Summary
- The Bakery Supervisor is responsible for overseeing
- the day-to-day bakery operations, coordinating bakery staff, ensuring
- consistent product quality, maintaining food safety and hygiene standards, and
- supporting efficient production and service. The role requires strong technical
- knowledge of bakery production, effective team supervision, proper stock control,
- attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high operational standards.

- • Conduct regular stock checks and coordinate timely
- requisitions of bakery ingredients and other required supplies.

- • Identify production challenges, quality issues, or
